Minoan Chionodoxa (Canvas)
Minoan Chionodoxa (Canvas)
On the island of Crete, a six petaled flower formerly known as Chionodoxa cretica thrives today. During the Bronze Age, the ancient Minoan civilization called the same island their home. This piece combines the two, paying homage to the ceramic designs of the Minoan era with a subtle hint to the plant commonly known as Glory-of-the-Snow.
